Inner Power Hypnobirthing – One-to-One
There are 3 Options:
OPTION ONE – If your baby is due in several weeks time, then it is best to do 3 sessions for the hypnobirthing. Sessions 1 & 2 cost £70 each and session 3 £110.
Session 1 – 1 ½ hours
In this session we address what it is that you would like to achieve and any needle or hospital phobias can also be dealt with.
I take you into hypnosis and boost your confidence in all the necessary areas and promote enjoying the pregnancy and looking forward with excitement to the birth.
Session 2 – 1hour – 1 week later
I record the hypnotic session for pregnancy, and bring in any healing that may be required and suggestions to overcome any phobia.
Each recording is unique for each client and lasts 20 – 25 minutes
The CD includes:
- putting things in their true perspective
- staying relaxed, calm and in control so your muscles and skin can stretch easily
- staying focused in the process that your body is going through and being in tune with what your body and your intuition is telling you
- remaining healthy and sleeping well
Session 3 – 1½ hour – 6 weeks before the due date
I record the hypnotic session for the birth.
Again each recording is unique for each client and lasts 40 minutes.
The CD includes:
- enjoying the remainder of the pregnancy and looking forward to a wonderfully natural childbirth
- being relaxed, calm and in control
- staying focused on the process that your body is going through and being in tune with what your body and your intuition are telling you
- becoming healthier and fitter
- controlling or reducing pain without drugs
- promoting rapid healing and recovery
- enjoying better quality sleep
- breast feeding (if you choose to do this) easily and naturally
- bonding with the baby easily
- reducing weight after the birth easily (with hypnosis one usually returns to one’s pre-pregnancy shape and weight within two weeks after the birth)
- improving your confidence as a mother
Do not leave it to the last minute. The earlier you start the Inner Power Hypnobirthing programme the better.
OPTION TWO – 2 sessions
If you do not have too much time before your due date, the first session is as in Option 1.
Then sessions 2 and 3 are done together (one week later) in one and a half hours.
OPTION THREE – One long session
If you are very close to your due date then you can opt for a two and a half hour session where I do all 3 sessions together. In this time you go into hypnosis twice. Once so I can get some feedback from you and then write your script for the CD. The second time I install the programme and record your CD.
